Every item is made with love, originality, and care. We do not copy other creators’ designs. While we welcome inspiration, our work will always reflect our own creative style. We value and respect fellow bakers — they’re just as amazing as we are.

• Balance is due at pick-up or delivery.

• Large orders must be paid in full beforehand or require a non-refundable deposit to confirm.

• We accept Cash, Card, and Tap.

• Pick-Up: Location will be disclosed once your order is confirmed or paid.

• Delivery:

 - $5 (in-town)

 - $10 (country areas)

 - Must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance

• K’s Cakery Bakery Cafe is not responsible for damages after pick-up or delivery.

• All orders require at least 3 days’ notice.

 - Orders placed with less than 3 days' notice will have a $20 rush scheduling fee.

 - Additional rush design or baking requests will include a $15 rush fee, based on availability.

• No refunds for items that are partially eaten, tampered with, or reported more than 24 hours after pick-up.

• For quality concerns or incorrect orders, contact us within 24 hours with proof and a photo — we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

We love working with your ideas! Just know that every item is handmade and may have slight variations. By ordering, you allow us creative flexibility to ensure the best final product.

• Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Please share any allergies when placing your order.

• Store baked goods in a cool place. Items with perishable fillings should be refrigerated. Best eaten within 3–5 days.

By placing an order, you agree that we may use photos of your treats for social media or marketing.
