Orders & Payments
• All orders must be placed in advance through our website, booking system, or directly with our team.
• A deposit may be required for catering, custom cakes, and large orders. Full payment is due before delivery or pickup.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Orders canceled within 48 hours of the event or pickup date may not be eligible for a refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Catering & Events
• Catering packages are customized to your event needs. Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event.
• We reserve the right to adjust offerings based on product availability while maintaining the agreed value.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
• While we offer a variety of products, including vegan and gluten-free options, please note that all items are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present.
• We cannot guarantee products are free from trace allergens. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary needs when placing orders.
Use of Content
• All photographs, designs, and branding on our website and social media are the property of K’s Cakery Bakery Cafe / Sugar & Silk and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Liability
• Once products leave our care (pickup or delivery), we are not responsible for damage due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (such as weather, traffic, or supplier issues).
